About Author :
Dr. Partha Pratim Mitra has been teaching Family Laws for last eight years. Previously he has taught at Midnapore Law College (The Vidyasagar University), Law College Durgapur (The University of Burdwan) and Bimal Chandra College of Law (The University of Kalyani) in West Bengal. He was awarded Ph.D in Law by the University of Burdwan. He is an Assistant Professor of Law at National University of Study & Research in Law, Ranchi .
